This page lists the texts and illustrations from the Laelith core book (BBE edition, 2020) and other sources that have been explicitly made available under open licenses by their authors. This page is updated regularly as new content is made available.

Important Notice

By default, all texts and illustrations are copyrighted by their respective authors and are NOT part of the Laelith Intellectual Property covered by the Laelith Open Licence.

This page lists only the open content that the Foundation is aware of. There may be other content that has been made available by their authors without the Foundation’s knowledge.

Reassignment of Copyrights

Please note that the authors’ copyrights that had been licenced by the Foundation were reassigned to their original authors on January 26th, 2026 (read the Reassignment Letter). Therefore you need to contact the authors directly to request permission to use their work.

From the Core Book (BBE Edition, 2020)

Some references indicate the page number and column (a, b, and/or c). For example, 74b/c indicates column b and c of page 74, i.e. the middle and right columns of the page.

Illustrations Available Under Open Licence

From the Core Book (BBE Edition, 2020)

Currently, no illustrations from the core book have been explicitly released under open licence by their artists.

Artists who wish to make their illustrations available under open licence can contact the Laelith Foundation to have them listed here.

Other Illustrations

Currently, no other illustrations have been explicitly released under open licence.

How to be listed on this page

If you are an author or artist who has contributed to Laelith and wish to be listed on this page:

  1. Contact the Laelith Foundation
  2. Provide clear identification of the work(s) you released under open licence
  3. Confirm the license you used (CC-BY 4.0 or other)
  4. Indicate where your work can be found (URL, publication details, etc.)

Use and Attribution

When using work from them, please always comply with the use and attribution intructions provided by the original authors/artists.
